Contact MemoHoney SupportContact MemoHoney Support: Two Desks, And Which One To Use
Tracking and refunds: +1 (302) 200-3480.
That line is the only refund route and the only desk that can see a purchase. Pages, typos, citations and privacy go to contact@Memohoneay.com, Mon–Fri 9:00am–5:00pm ET, which reaches an editor with no access to the order system. Sending a refund request to the second address loses days and gains nothing.

The split is not bureaucratic. The editorial desk genuinely cannot look a purchase up, so a claim sent there can only be forwarded.
The MemoHoney contact routes
| Route | Handles | Cannot handle | Hours |
|---|---|---|---|
| +1 (302) 200-3480 | Tracking, address changes, cancellations and every refund | Corrections to these pages | The seller’s order desk hours |
| contact@customercs.com | Written order queries for the same desk | Anything urgent, because email is slower than the line | The seller’s order desk hours |
| contact@Memohoneay.com | Pages, typos, citations, privacy requests and press | Orders, parcels and refunds. It has no access to the order system | Mon–Fri 9:00am–5:00pm ET |
Three routes, two desks. The first two reach the seller’s order desk and the third reaches this website’s editor.
MemoHoney addresses, and what each one is for
Office
1166 Avenue of the Americas, Floor 7, New York, NY 10036, USA
The trading address for Memohoneay. It is not a returns address, and a parcel sent here will not be processed as a return.
Returns
245 Park Avenue, Floor 24, New York, NY 10167, USA
Where refunded bottles go, after the order desk has confirmed the return on the telephone. Pack a note with your full name, the order email and the order ID.
Phone line for orders placed
Have the confirmation email open, with its order ID, before you dial. All other searches hang off it.
Editorial desk
Mon–Fri 9:00am–5:00pm ET. Corrections, citations, privacy requests and press.
Ask a MemoHoney desk a question
Both forms reach the editorial desk. The first is here so that an order question can be written out in full and forwarded with everything already in it.
An order question
This form reaches the editorial desk, which cannot see orders. Money, parcels and refunds move faster by phone on +1 (302) 200-3480.
Correction to a page
A figure that looks wrong, a citation that does not resolve, or a label detail that does not match the bottle you received. Each of those is a job for this desk.
What to have ready before calling about a MemoHoney order
- The order ID from the confirmation email. Nothing else identifies a purchase as reliably.
- Failing that, the email address the confirmation arrived at, which is the second thing the desk can search on.
- The date you paid, because the 60-day window is counted from it rather than from the day the parcel landed.
- The lot code from the base of the bottle if the question is about the product. This run is MEM-26/ME-8302.
- The tracking number if the question is about a delivery.
The window is 60 days from the date of purchase and the seller asks for 30 days of use before a claim. That leaves less room than it sounds, and an email sent to the editorial address on day fifty-five arrives at the wrong desk on a deadline. Call +1 (302) 200-3480. The guarantee page sets out the steps.
