Counted from the date of purchase, which is the shorter of the two possible readings and the only one worth planning against.
Purchase precedes dispatch. That single sentence is why counting from purchase gives a shorter window than counting from delivery, and it is why nobody should work a deadline backwards from the day a parcel landed.
How to claim the MemoHoney guarantee
